Anticipated expense schedule

The chart below outlines the projected expenses for the Mission Expansion building project. This information will be reviewed and updated on a quarterly basis.

We have received pledges for the full $26MM of this project. While we remain committed to avoiding long-term debt, we may need to rely on a short-term construction loan if the timing of gifts lags behind expenses. We are praying boldly that contributions will continue to arrive ahead of monthly disbursements.

What to expect during construction

We’ll do our best to keep the congregation informed of any major changes to expect during weekend services or ministry events. We’ll keep this page updated throughout the project as we get more information!

  • Parking

    The North parking lot (closest to I229 near construction fences) will be closed to ensure the fire department has a clear route for emergencies. Please do not park in the grass and keep these areas clear. A new parking wedge is under construction on the southeast corner of our lot. If you’d like to join our parking attendant team, let us know!

  • Group Meeting Spaces

    Groups will continue to meet throughout construction, but meeting location may move offsite. If you lead a group, or if you are in a group and curious about where you will meet, please contact your group leader or email us.

  • Kid Central Weekend Programming

    We are working hard to have the fewest amount of disruptions to kids’ ministries. There may be weeks where your kids are asked to go to a different classroom. Rest assured, we will only have kids in approved and safety-cleared spaces.
